Environmental Management

Staunton Public Works Facility's EMS has selected the following areas to reduce their carbon footprint:

·   Conserving energy by replacing standard light bulbs and ballasts with energy efficient units. 

·  Reducing the waste stream through recycling of aerosol cans and general recycling items.

·  Reducing  water usage by installing water-free urinals and low-flow GPF valves.
