Geri-Fit' Strength Training

A 12-week program on Tuesdays and Thursdays from January 15-April 4

Geri-Fit is an evidence-based health promotion program that helps rebuild strength that's been lost through the aging process to help ensure a higher level of function as we continue to age. Most exercises are performed seated in chairs; no aerobics, dancing, choreography, or floorwork. Must register by January 4. This 12-week program will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. from January 15-April 4.
