DESCRIPTION:<h3>What's Available</h3>A mix of tropicals, Canna lilies, Elephant Ears, as well as a few perennials and assorted leftover plants.&nbsp;<br>*Not everything in the city flower beds is available&nbsp;at&nbsp;the giveaway. We hold back stock plants for propagation purposes.*<br><h3>How it Works</h3><p>Arrive a bit early! Plants will be laid out by 4:15 p.m. so you can preview what is available. Ticket distribution begins at 4:15 p.m; one per participant.</p><p>At 5 p.m. we will draw tickets for plants to be distributed. Everyone is welcome! This is a free event.
