Starting on May 5th.  All new permit applications will be entered into the Online Portal.

All permits applied for before May 5th, 2026 are not available online. Contact the Community Development Dept for requests. 540.332.3862.

  • If you already have an online account used for Business License or Personal Property Tax, you may also use that account for the online portal
