Capital Improvement Plan
The City plans for major improvements in infrastructure and other capital projects with a comprehensive Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). The plan includes all City operations, including general government projects for public safety, public works, community development, and recreation. The CIP also includes water and sewer, stormwater, parking and education fund projects.
