The Library Board serves in an advisory capacity to the Librarian on the selection of reading, recorded and related materials. The Board evaluates priorities of different library materials and programs and encourages optimum utilization of the Library programs by the citizenry of the community.

Six members appointed by City Council to a four-year term, with no member serving more than two consecutive full terms. Current members:
