Room Reservations

Application for use of a meeting room must be made at least 5 business days in advance through the administrative office of the Library. Applications may be submitted via a paper copy or online. Reading and agreeing to the terms of our Meeting Room Policy is required before submitting your application. 

The Meeting Room is 45 feet long and 23 feet wide, has a stage at one end, has a built-in LCD projector, and can seat approximately 80 people (maximum capacity 160). 

The Board Room has a central oval table that can seat 9 people with additional seating for 12 more around the room (maximum capacity 40).
