The Staunton Public Library welcomes suggestions of books, DVDs and CDs to be added to the Library’s collection. Consideration is based on the Library’s Materials Selection Policy and current budgetary constraints. If you are the first to suggest an item and it is purchased, it will be placed on hold for you and you will be notified when the item is available for checkout. If you do not provide a library card number or name, we cannot put the item on hold for you. Acquiring an item generally takes several weeks.
Please refer to our online catalog to see if the item is available before making a suggestion. Only one item per form, please. If the item is more than a year old, consider making an Interlibrary Loan request instead.
