With our mobile printing service, you can use your personal computer or mobile device to print to the library’s printer from anywhere. Simply submit documents for printing and come to the first floor check-out desk in the library to release and pick up your document. Our printer prints single-sided standard size sheets (8.5x11) only. We charge a flat rate of 25 cents per page regardless if the document is in Black and White or Color. We accept cash, check or credit card with a $1.00 minimum for credit card payment. Items sent to our mobile print Service will be available for 24 hours, after which they will be automatically deleted. In July 2024 we switched to a new mobile print service, Princh. This is a great option if you want to preview or adjust the document pages before you send the job.
- Begin by visiting the Princh website and be sure to confirm that the printer name is Staunton Public Library. If you do not see Staunton Public Library as the printer name go to https://print.princh.com and type in the code 107807.
- Browse your computer to find and select the file you wish to print.
- Once the document is uploaded it will appear blue. From there you can preview, adjust the number of copies and even adjust the settings (some options are not able to be changed such as color and paper size).
- Accept the terms and conditions by checking the box and click the green continue button.
- Enter your email address and the following page will display the document status.
- When you arrive at the library, we will confirm your email address and the cost of the print job. You may use curbside or come into the building to pick up your documents.
You can email documents by emailing them with attachments to staunton.color@ewprints.com. If your print job is received successfully, you will receive an email back with pick-up instructions.
