About the Talking Book Center

The Talking Book Center provides free audio books and other library services and resources to persons who are blind, print disabled, or unable to use standard printed materials. The TBC operates as a 501(c)3 and it is a sub-regional library of the National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled (NLS). In 2019, the Staunton Talking Book Center received Sub-regional Library/Advisory and Outreach Center of the Year Award.
