Employees of assisted living facilities, schools, or other organizations who want to register residents, students or clients for Talking Book service have the following options:

You can register individual patrons for talking book service by filling out the Application Form for Individuals on their behalf. The name of a contact person at the organization or agency must accompany the application.

You may also register to receive a deposit collection in your organization or agency by giving us a call at 540-885-6215.

Applications must be signed and certified by a professional (listed on the application). Applicants with a reading or learning disability must have their application certified by a Medical Doctor. You will receive a confirming phone call as soon as we receive your application.  After the application has been processed, we'll send you the digital talking book machine and a welcome packet containing sample catalogs of our books and magazines. If you ask us to choose books for you, you will also receive a few books in the subject areas you specified on your application. Digital players to organizations are limited to one player for every four users.
