City of Staunton refuse customers have the opportunity to request additional services for their account. Using the form below, residents can request a second 95-gallon refuse container and/or a 95-gallon yard waste container.  Those customers who are interested in finding out more about special placement of bins, or requesting special assistance, should reach out directly to Public Works at 540.332.3892.

• Adding an additional 95-gallon container is only available to those customers that already have a 95-gallon container, and will cost $12 per month or $24 per billing cycle. Limit one additional container per customer.

• Adding a yard waste container to your account requires a one-time, refundable deposit of $50. Limit one per customer. Yard waste containers will be picked up once a month (typically the first Wednesday of the month).
