Find Your Voting Ward
The City has five voting wards.
You may look up your voting ward through the Virginia Department of Elections or the City's GIS map.
Absentee votes are cast at the registrar’s office in City Hall. The last day to vote absentee in-person is the Saturday prior to Election Day.
Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Election Day.
In Person Absentee Voting takes place in City Hall during Early Voting!
No voting takes place in City Hall on Election Day!
You must appear at your assigned precinct to vote on Election Day.
