City Holiday Schedules: Juneteenth

City offices and facilities will be closed or operating on modified schedules on Friday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth.
Here is what you need to know:
π EARLY DOWNTOWN STREET CLOSURE & PARKING NOTICE
Beverley Street (between Lewis & Market) will close EARLY for Shop & Dine Out starting Thursday, June 18 at 4 PM (reopening Monday at 7:30 AM).
β οΈ Vehicles must be moved by Thursday at 4 PM to avoid towing. This is an exception to the normal Friday closure.
π REAL ESTATE TAXES DUE
The Treasurer's Office is closed Friday, June 19. Because the June 20 deadline falls on a weekend, 1st installment payments will be accepted without penalty through Monday, June 22. Drop box, online, phone, and mail payments remain available! Info: www.staunton.va.us/payment
π TRASH COLLECTION
Residential: Friday pickup moves to Wednesday, June 17.
Downtown CBD: Collection on Wednesday, June 17 & Thursday, June 18. NO Friday collection. Normal schedule resumes Saturday, June 20.
