Monthly Parking Pass

Monthly parking passes for the Johnson Street Parking Garage, New Street Parking Garage and the Wharf Parking Lot are issued by the Treasurer's Office on the first floor of City Hall. You can download an application and then bring it to the Treasurer's Office to complete the in-person process.

Hang-Tag Permit

10-hour hang-tag permits are available for the Hardy Parking Lot and RMA Parking Lot and on downtown streets with meters at a rate of $50 for two months. To purchase a hang-tag permit, visit the Treasurer’s Office on the first floor of City Hall.

Residential Parking Permit

The City offers residential parking permits to those who live on portions of Berkley Place, East Beverley, Church (addresses 4-25 only), South Coalter, West Frederick, Kalorama, North Lewis, North and South Market, North New and Sycamore streets.

The permits allow residents to park for an unrestricted amount of time on-street. Permits can be purchased in person at the  Treasurer’s Office on the first floor of City Hall. Proof of residency must be provided at the time of purchase, such as a valid ID with current address. The cost is $5 per year. Residents may also purchase guest permits for $1 per year, no more than two per household.

Overnight, Temporary Parking Permit

Overnight, temporary parking is available at the New Street Parking Garage and the Johnson Street Parking Garage .

Reserved Parking

Reserved parking spaces are provided in the Augusta Street Parking Lot at a rate of $75 per month. There are no available reserved spaces at this time.
